It's A Truly Charmed World

About the site:
It's A Truly Charmed World, or TCW as I like to call it, originated way back on the 20th August 2000, as a companion for my first Charmed site Cherished Charmed.  I wanted something pretty and flashier and TCW soon became that.  It's been one of the most popular Charmed sites on the web in times past and is still a fairly popular site today, and no doubt would be more so were it updated.

What's the deal?
While right now the site is pretty much stationary, I am formulating a plan of attack for a revamp of the whole darn thing.  I aim to start properly working on it in mid-November when I'm finally finished my studies and I should have some time to breathe.
