2. Must look like some effort has been put into it.
3. Must have no porn
4. Must sign my guestbook if its a non Charmed site

Rules To Win The Always Beautiful Award
1. Site has to have some relationship to Charmed.
2. Site must have at least seven pages, not including index, main, and any other pages i feel are inappropriate.
3. Site must be beautiful, i.e. have a great layout and/or graphics, color design, whatever I find, or think others might, beautiful. 
4. Must be easy to navigate. 
5. Site mustn't have any porn or offensive material on it.
6. Signing my guestbook might speed up the process a bit, but is not necessary.

Know A Lot Site Award

1. Site has to have some relationship to Charmed.
2. Site must have at least seven pages, not including index, main, and any other pages I feel are inappropriate.
3. Site must have a loads of informative content, that's the most important thing, graphics aren't.
4. The layout of the site must be made by you.  Not someone else.
5. Must be easy to navigate.
6. Site mustn't have any porn or offensive material on it.
7. Signing my guestbook might speed up the process a bit, but is not necessary.

5. Site mustn't have any porn or offensive material on it.

3. Site must have great graphics, that's the most important thing, layout isn't.
4. The graphics must be made by you, not by some one else
5. Must be easy to navigate
6. Site mustn't have any porn or offensive material on it.

4. Must be easy to navigate
5. Site mustn't have any porn or offensive material on it.
6. Signing my guestbook is not a must, but it will help my decision.

Site of the Month Award

2. Site must have at least seven pages, not including index, main, and any other pages I feel are inappropriate.
3. Site must be a combination of all other minor awards above.  Basically SotM is just a step up from SotW.
4. Must be easy to navigate
5. Site mustn't have any porn or offensive material on it.
6. Signing my guestbook is a must if you want to apply for a site of the month award.
